| Down to business – booking terms and conditions * A non-refundable booking deposit of 20% is payable at the time of booking. * Final remaining payment is payable eight weeks prior to your arrival if booking has been made well in advance. * A refundable damage deposit of €250.00 is payable in cash on arrival and returned on checking out. * Price includes: all linen for beds, kitchen and bathrooms, central heating, electricity and wood (beach towels not included). * Arrival time is any time after 5pm and departure time is 9am (unless by prior arrangement). * I’m sure you will appreciate smoking is not allowed inside the cottage, only outside. * Owing to the fact the cottage is part of a small farm with sheep and horses, dogs are welcome but subject to prior arrangement only, with an additional charge of €50.00 per dog per booking. |
Some other details: We would like to advise visitors that Teach Iasc is situated by water and in a farming locale and that it will be the responsibility of guests to be sensible, or if necessary take appropriate precautions, to avoid any accidents. |
